How to calculate the capacity of lithium polymer batteries after knowing the size?
Usually, designers know the space for the battery in the product but are unsure of the battery capacity they can produce. They can calculate the battery capacity through public trials without needing to test the capacity by making samples.
For example: a 3.7V lithium battery, length: 55mm, width: 40mm, thickness: 10mm. Using the formula, the capacity can be calculated to be approximately 2650mAh-2950mAh.
